Well after a short lived reconciliation, Keiffer and Jenelle have decided to end their romance, again..... You'll recall that Jenelle just had her boobies enhanced and my guess is she wouldn't let Keiffer see "the goods" so he split. Give it time, I'm sure they will be back together again, (probation permitting)
